Description

They Are Coming is a side-scrolling zombie survival game developed by OnHit Developments. Playable on browsers and mobile devices, this action-strategy title drops you into a chaotic, post-apocalyptic world where every day you survive brings new waves of the undead.

In Defense mode, you return to your orphanage to protect survivors using barricades, weapons, and strategic placement of traps. From revolvers and shotguns to grenades and kicks, every tool has value. Between waves, you get brief intervals to fortify defenses and plan ahead. Survive long enough, and you’ll unlock better gear — each day raising the stakes.

Prefer no pressure? Sandbox mode (also called Playground) lets you experiment freely — no permadeath, just testing setups, traps, and weapons. The one-life-per-run mechanic in Defense mode adds real tension and urgency, rewarding those who think and shoot fast.
